ISO 9001 Quality management Process :

We have identified key processes and associated aims with each process coherently with our quality policy going in for the satisfaction of the clients and the permanent improvement.

Quality indicators associated with each process are defined and followed up at precise frequencies in order to evaluate the effictiveness. Plans of actions are established according to the fixed aims achievement rate.

A documentary system (Quality manual, procedures and instructions) is established, implemented and maintained to ensure the quality management in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard.

Environmental Approach :

JOUDA Genreal Food get involved in an environmental approach in order to preserve the environment and optimize its energy and water consumption.

In fact, plans of action are defined and are currently carried out under control of the Ministry of the Environment which aims at the reduction of waste and the optimization of the production costs.
